What do you do when you're not at CFA?

Work and 9 month old baby keeps me busy and jet ski.

When did you realize that CrossFit is right for you?

Everything about it felt good and what I was looking for.

What is your favorite or least favorite WOD/movement?


What movement do you despise over everything and why?

Thrusters because they bad.

What has been your all-time favorite moment at CFA?

Boys night and kickball

What motivates you during a tough workout?

Seeing everyone suffer might as well get it done.

If you could write your own workout for a day, what would it be?

5-4-3-2-1 heavy squats.

What are your goals going forward and what do you think will help you achieve them?

I want to get faster on my mile and dead lift 500 one day so I’m going to keep showing up to CrossFit. Get better one day at a time.

What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health, and fitness or just day to day life since starting CrossFit (before/after?)

If it wasn’t for CrossFit I don’t think I would have been able to climb Machu picchu which was 50 miles in 4 days .

What would you recommend to someone who is just starting out with CrossFit or is too afraid to try it?

Get after it and don’t look back.

If you could have one skill or characteristic of another member at CFA what and from whom would it be? Or which other CFA member are you the most motivated by?

Brendan the guy is an absolute tank.

Harry has been a great member and has made significant improvements to his health since starting with us. Not only is he super friendly but he is also super strong. He always finds time to make it for a class even with his busy work schedule and his presence always makes a class more fun. Since starting back after quaratine Harry has lost over 40 pounds and also PR'd all his squats, deadlift and running times. We are thankful to have him at CFA!
