Our Basic Elements Class is designed for people who want to get started with CrossFit and allows you to get hands on practice with our movements and exercises. This class is the best starting option for people new to CrossFit.
This course is at a slower pace than jumping right into a normal class and covers all the basic information about CrossFit and what makes us different than a normal gym. Each class would also end with a Wod (workout of day), similar to a normal class but starting off slower with the intensity..
This class runs on a one on one basis. This allows us to find out more about why you want to give CrossFit a try and gives you individualized attention on your movements and abilities! You will be assisted by a coach to help with technique and answer any questions you may have. This class meets for three sessions (around an hour) based upon your schedule!
$150 - Basics + 1 Month of Unlimited CF following basics
