This class provides each and every member with the best possible workout, coaching, and program design possible, and is scalable to your current fitness level and level of progression.
Each hour long session starts off with a dynamic warm up, then progresses to a strength or skill portion, and then finally to our intensity packed Workout of the Day (WOD) to really get you sweating. These classes are scalable to any fitness level.
Each class is pre-designed by our coaching staff and there is a coach on-hand at every class. They are there to help you feel comfortable with the entire class, answer any questions you may have, assist with your technique or scale the WOD (to your fitness level) if needed. One of the best things about these classes are getting to work-out with other motivated and encouraging people. It is much easier to push yourself through a challenging workout when you have others around you doing the same thing. The group atmosphere makes CrossFit more fun and motivating than a traditional gym.
