Something new for 2020 that we are excited to start with at CFA is one on one coaching that includes individualized training and goal setting.

If you are regularly attending classes and eating well, you are most likely making progress in your training.  Still, most of us can list a skill or area of training that holds us back. Taking time to focus on a skill or setback can help you increase your fitness and take your training to a new level. Individualized goal-specific training is a great place to start.

Included in this program:

  • Free initial consultation to discuss goals and how we can help
  • Specific plan to reach goals
  • Extra weekly workouts or training (to accompany the normal classes) based upon your specific goals
  • Individualized nutritional guidance
  • Two 45 minute personal training sessions per month prioritizing what you want to get better at
  • Daily and weekly accountability 

This individualized coaching can be applied in many ways:

  • Develop new skills
  • Overcome a strength or conditioning plateau
  • Increase work capacity
  • Accessory work for strength/core function
  • Barbell movement technique
  • Gymnastic movement technique
  • Improve nutrition
  • Lose weight, lose fat, gain muscle, “get bigger”
