Basic Elements Beginners Class

Our Basic Elements is designed for people who want to get started with CrossFit and allows you to get hands on practice with our movements and exercises. This is the best starting option for people new to CrossFit.

These three sessions are at a slower pace than jumping right into our normal classes and covers all the basic information about CrossFit and what makes us different than a normal gym. Each class ends with a Wod (workout of day), similar to a normal class but starting off slower with less intensity. 

We run this in a small group (around 5 people or less usually) setting which allows us to find out more about why you want to start CrossFit and gives you individualized attention and feedback!  Our coaches are there to make sure you have fun, help with your technique and answer any questions you may have. 

This class runs monthly on the first two Mondays and Wednesdays of the month from 7:00-8:00pm. 

$225 - Basic Elements + 1 Month of Unlimited CF following basics ($175 students)

$425 - Basic Elements + 3 Months of Unlimited CF following basics ($350 students)
